The Records Management Unit is responsible for the systematic management of institutional records throughout their lifecycle from creation and capture, through storage, retrieval, and use, to final disposal or archiving. The unit establishes and enforces records management policies and procedures, maintains secure and accessible physical and electronic records, and ensures compliance with the Access to Information Act and other relevant legislation. Effective records management underpins administrative efficiency, accountability, and institutional memory across all UNITE campuses.
