Legal services

The Legal Services Unit provides legal counsel and advisory support to UNITE’s management and governing bodies. The unit drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts, agreements, and Memoranda of Understanding on behalf of the Institute. It handles litigation matters, ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, and safeguards the legal interests of UNITE. The unit also advises on matters of governance, institutional policy, intellectual property, and any other legal issues arising from the Institute’s operations.
