Estates and Works

The Estates and Works Unit manages UNITE’s physical infrastructure, buildings, land, and facilities across all campuses. Its responsibilities include overseeing construction and renovation projects, maintaining buildings and utilities, ensuring a safe and conducive physical environment for staff and students, and managing the Institute’s land and property assets. The section coordinates with project managers, contractors, and service providers to ensure that UNITE’s multi-campus infrastructure meets the standards required for quality higher education delivery.
