Information and Communication Technology

The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Unit provides and maintains the technology infrastructure, systems, and support services that underpin UNITE’s academic and administrative operations across all campuses. The unit manages networks, servers, hardware, software systems, and digital platforms; supports the deployment of e-learning technologies; ensures cybersecurity and data protection; and provides ICT training and helpdesk support to staff and students. The unit plays a central role in driving the Institute’s digital transformation in line with its strategic objectives.
