Council Composition

  1. Chairperson of the Institute Council

  5. A representative of a sector relevant to the Institute depending on its objectives and mission, appointed by the relevant body in the sector
  6. One member of the district council elected by the district council in whose jurisdiction the public university is situated;
  7. A member of the convocation elected by the convocation;
  8. Two the members of the senate elected by the senate;
  9. Two members of the academic staff elected by the academic staff association of the public university;
  10. A senior member of administrative staff elected by the senior administrative staff;
  11. A member of the national union of education institutions support staff elected by the branch in the university;
  12. Two students of the university, one of whom shall be a woman, appointed by the students’ union;
  13. Three members appointed by the minister from the public;
  14. Three members appointed by the university council from the public;
  15. A representative of the ministry responsible for finance;
  16. A representative of the ministry responsible for higher education;
