EXTENSION OF APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR ADMISSIONS ON GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE SPONSORSHIP FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2026/2027

The Office of the Academic Registrar, UNITE, informs the general public that, due to overwhelming public interest, Management has approved the extension of the application deadline from 29 May to 12 June 2026.

Please inform all interested applicants for the Academic Year 2026/2027.

1.0 PLEASE NOTE:

1. Application Fee is UGX 55,000 payable to URA following the online application in 2.0.
2. In case you need assistance with the application, seek support from the Help Desk at the nearest UNITE Campus or Core PTC.
3. Applicants with academic qualifications obtained from Institutions outside Uganda, shall attach copies of equivalency obtained from UNEB, UVTAB and NCHE, as may be applicable.
4. The information on various programmes, specific admission requirements, fees structure, and application guidelines is accessible at the UNITE website www.unite.ac.ug.
5. The closing date for receiving applications is extended to 12th June, 2026 at 11:55pm.

ONLINE APPLICATION

Access the Online Application Form URL: https://apply.unite.ac.ug/

• Sign up using your full name, e-mail and mobile number.
• A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to both your e-mail and mobile number.
• The system will prompt you to change the password to one you can easily remember.
• To fill the form, choose the preferred scheme:
  1. Direct Entry
  2. Diploma Entry
  3. Certificate Entry
     Then click on APPLY NOW.
• Fill all the form sections, check the consent box and submit the form.
• Generate the Payment Reference Number (PRN) and pay to URA through Mobile Money or Agent Bank.

3.0 MOBILE MONEY PAYMENT STEPS:

MTN

• Select 4 (Pay Bill)
• Select (Fees and Taxes)
• Select 1 (With PRN Payments)
• Enter the PRN
• Confirm the Details of the Applicant
• Enter your PIN to complete payment.

Airtel

• Select 1 (Pay Registered)
• Enter the PRN
• Confirm the Details of the Applicant
• Enter your PIN to complete payment.
